Az adatok a CARPATCLIM-HU adatbázisból származnak. |
| abstract | Spatial distribution of the aridity index is presented. The map shows the averaged values over the period from 1961 to 1990 for the area of Hungary based on CarpatClim-HU data. The aridity index is defined as the ratio of the annual sum of precipitation and the annual sum of potential evapotranspiration. Potential evapotranspiration has been calculated according to the method of Thornthwaite. |
